Chapli Kababs are originated from Peshawar and are loved by everyone. These Chapli Kababs are famous and are eaten in every part of the country.
These Chapli Kababs are very easy to prepare and do not require much time. You can serve these kababs to your guests as well and they will surely appreciate them.
Half kg mince (beef)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon crushed red chilies
1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
1 teaspoon anardana
2 to 3 chopped green chilies
Half cup coriander leaves
100 grams corn meal
1 teaspoon lemon juice
One chopped tomato
You first will need an omelette of two eggs, beat the eggs with black pepper and salt and prepare an omelette. Once an omelette is done turn it into pieces. Mix one medium size chopped onion, salt as per your taste, cumin seeds, ginger paste, red chilies, coriander seeds crushed, anardana, green chilies, coriander leaves, corn meal, one onion fried and sliced, lemon and chopped tomato add in the beef mince. Mix the ingredients well in the mince and leave it aside for 2.5 to 3 hours. After 2.5 to 3 hours add omelette pieces in the marinated mince and make small patties. Shallow fry kababs in oil.
The number of kababs you will be having after following the recipe given above would be 6 to 8 however if you wish to serve the double amount of kababs double the amount of ingredient
