The Chilled Smoothies!

During the summer season it is very hot and people avoid going for hot coffee and tea. Rather they prefer something cold and refreshing. In order to have something cold and refreshing for yourself, your children or your guests you must try different kinds of smoothies. Smoothies are healthy because of the presence of fruits in them moreover they make you feel fresh and chilled in the dreading hot weather.

Below are a few recipes of different kinds of smoothies which you can have breakfast, snack time or you can even serve them to your guests as well.

Triple Berry Smoothie:

The Chilled Smoothies!

Ingredients:

  • One cup plain yogurt,
  • One cup fresh milk,
  • One packet of raspberry jello,
  • One packet of blueberry jello,
  • Once cup fresh strawberries,
  • One and half tablespoon of caster sugar,
  • One cup ice cubes.

Method:

In a blend add yogurt, milk, blueberry jello, raspberry jello, fresh strawberries, sugar and ice cubes. Blend all the ingredients and pour into a glass. Add some cream and fresh strawberries and serve chilled.

Mango – Banana Smoothie:

The Chilled Smoothies!

Ingredients:

  • Half cup yogurt,
  • Half cup milk,
  • One cup mango slices cut into cubes,
  • One cup banana slices,
  • One tablespoon caster sugar,
  • One cup ice cubes.
  • Three tablespoon mango pulp

Method:

In a blender, add yogurt, milk, banana slices, mango cubes, sugar and ice cubes and blend. Pour into a glass and add some mango pulp and banana slices as well. Serve chilled.
