Fried chops

A traditional dish, which is served all over the country. It’s really delicious and quick to make. People make it with different methods, here we are having a standard method of making these chops.

Serving: 4
Ingredients:
- Chops, 1 Kg
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice, 2-3 tsp
- Garlic paste, 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder, ½ tsp
- Garam masala, 1 tsp
- Ginger paste, 1 tsp
- Egg, 1
- Bread crumbs, ½ cup
- Black Pepper powder, ¼ tsp
- Oil, for frying
Directions
- Add ¾ tsp salt, lemon juice, garlic and ginger paste, chilli powder and garam masla to the chops.
- Half cook them on a slow fire in a pot. You can add little water if necessary.
- When it is half cooked, remove from heat.
- Beat egg and add ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper.
- Dip chops into egg, one by one and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve with naan and sauce.
